Our company specializes in large-scale yacht construction and complex marine projects — and we’re looking for a skilled Aluminum Welder & Fabricator to join our growing afternoon shift.
If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and building high-quality vessels that stand the test of time, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Weld and fabricate aluminum components for custom vessels and marine structures
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans
- Fit, assemble, and install structural parts with high precision
- Use standard shop tools, fabrication equipment, and welding machinery
- Collaborate with marine engineers, shipwrights, and other trades to deliver quality results
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and marine industry standards
- Support vessel assembly on new builds, refits, and specialty projects
What You Bring
- Experience as an aluminum welder/fabricator
- Lloyd’s certified is a strong asset
- Marine industry experience is a strong asset (shipyards, boatbuilders, aluminum yachts, or commercial vessels)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
- Skilled & ticketed in TIG/MIG aluminum welding
- Strong fabrication, fitting, and layout abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven shipyard environment
